The only thing I see here is an extremely pissed Louis holding his arm in an awkward position while Eleanor at least tries to to something couply but they both fail anyway.

Yeah, happy times. :) As we can clearly see, Louis and Eleanor are really lucky that they have each other and they enjoy every second they can spend together. :)

Now, to be fair, I’ll also agree with you that it could simply mean he wishes for a safe return home. Or it could even possibly relate to some type of ‘imprisonment’ and ‘freedom,’ which wouldn’t be surprising.
I’ll also concede that Larry shippers do tend to tin hat and relate things to Larry that truly have no significance (though that’s common in every ship and every fandom and not necessarily something to which only Larry shippers are prone).
But this is one of those instances where I feel we are completely justified (especially considering the size difference of the birds and the fact that tattoos of that nature generally tend to be symmetrical) in making the assumption a lot of us are making.
If you don’t agree that the birds have anything to do with Harry’s relationship with Louis, that’s fine. No one is making you believe that. I just think it’s rather closed-minded and ignorant of you to automatically shut the possibility down. It’s a valid theory, like it or not.
Just imagine the Little Thing live performances. With Harry and Louis. Imagine it. They have always shared these cute little LOOKS and THINGS during their performances -
but with this song it’ll get a whole new meaning. Just think about Harry singing “I’m in love with you” and Louis staring at him and Harry flashing this little smile to him … OH GOD. I’M PRETTY SURE I’M NOT READY FOR THIS!!!
